Show day!!!! i just want to thank everyone for your love and support throughout this prep.
we are all someone's favourite, we have all worked hard to be here. 💜
every year we set the standard higher and higher and i am honoured and proud to be standing on the @wbff_official world stage with my fellow fitness divas from all over the world!!! #thebestofthebest#wbff#thesportsmodelproject#teamdomin8#hattieboydle
Hello family and friends, i'm sorry i've been a bit out of the loop, i've been enjoying london and not always get wifi. i've made it a point to have fun and not be on my phone unless i absolutely have to. now let's talk wbff.
first of all, i can't even began to express the amount of happiness and gratitude i feel at knowing that i was on the big stage with the most beautiful athletes from all over the globe. korea, australia, brazil, usa, south africa, costa rica, panama, bolivia, france, london, japan ,india, persia, etc..... it was an absolute privilege to compete next to these beautiful athletes, the best of the best. i did not get the crown, but i couldn't be happier knowing that alicia gowans (fitness 35 +) and stephanie ayala (fitness open) took the crown home.
stephanie ayala is an absolutely beautiful person inside and out and a champ many competitors can look up to.
for this competition i decided to hire a new coach, nathan harewood (team domin8) and couldn't be happier with my decision. i also decided to compete on the fitness category rather than bikini. for the first time, i felt like i was on the right path and could show my physique. i felt and looked leaner. with the direction of nathan, i trust my body will only get better.
i also hired the best posing coach, the number 1 posing coach in the u.k., audrey kaipio. audrey is an absolute delight. i loved working with her and will continue to pose with her for competitions to come.
my suit... this year i decided to rent my suit from rachel keating (the keating collection). this was an amazing suit and a great idea. i got so many compliments on the suit and it definitely stood out on stage.
photography: i had the pleasure of posing for ali sohrab from status fitness magazine and dan galic (dangalicphotography) from fit and firm magazine. both photographers are absolutely amazing and creative.
i want to say thank you to mrs. allison dillet and paul dillet for continuing to hold the most prestigious shows and events around the world. you two have created an empire. thank you for your kindness and beautiful demeanor. i am proud to be one of your wbff pro divas.
16 weeks out from the @wbff_official la pro am! after 3 family birthdays (including my own), halloween, 4 thanksgivings (?!) and many other temptations, i feel like i really got my head back in the game this last week. i can’t even begin to emphasize the importance of getting your mind right. seriously analyzing your goals and the actions that need to be taken to achieve those goals is where it’s at. having a well structured plan is important but even the best one won’t get you where you need to be if your heart isn’t in it 💯 % #myheartisinit#goalmindset#wbfflaproam#wbff#wbffpro#laproam2018#teamdomin8
Pro | i've been writing this on my forearm so i can see it while i'm working out because i have been letting defeat sink into my mind lately.🤦🏼♀️ain't nobody got time for that and it's a s****y way to start my prep!!🙄 it's my reminder to train like a pro--pushing myself to the limit even when i may not feel like it. my reminder to have the mentality of a pro--being strong-minded to achieve goals that not everyone has the drive to achieve...to want it and work hard for it. to eat like a pro--having the discipline to stick to my plan because the long term goal is more important than the short term gratification. i may have the title of a pro but that doesn't mean the work stops. it means i must work harder. currently sitting at 12.6% body f*t and 139 lbs at 5'8". training hams and glutes tonight with my studly friend @spenseramiewalan because i wanted to be challenged and he's my b***y goals 😂🍑 #dowork#mindset#promentality
We have been working to improve our strength on our deadlift. what we did in the videos is called rack pulls which is just a shorter range of motion of a deadlift. these help with trying to increase the weight on your deadlift and since it's a smaller motion you should be doing more weight than your deadlift. for example alex's max deadlift is 425lbs and he finished with 495lbs on rack pulls. nick's max deadlift is 315lbs and he finished with 405lbs.💪🏼

Be confident| too many days are wasted comparing ourselves to others and wishing to be something we aren't (girls and guys do this). whether it's someone's body, or lifestyle, or money, or family, or talents. everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, and it's only when you accept everything that you are...and aren't...that you will truly succeed. 🌸 .
Some of the most beautiful chapters in our lives won't have a title until much later. thankful for closing a chapter with these beautiful people this weekend. new beginnings start now!🌸 #newchapter#freshstart

I've got my eye on new horizons 😍 been a mentally exhausting week but new things are just around the corner. make that change. take that job. ask that girl. buy that thing. take that trip. it doesn't always come in a perfectly packaged opportunity. just jump.🤘🏻bts with @rangefinderpictures
And that concludes my 3rd and final @wbff_official show of the year! thank you everyone for your unending love and support; it truly means the world.
after being on competition prep since january and competing in 3 shows within 1 year, i’m looking forward to giving myself a nice mental break, as well as the physical rest my body needs.
although i did not place in this show, i’m super proud of all the accomplishments i’ve made along the way; it’s showed me crazy amounts of will power, self control and patience.
the life long relationships i’ve made, and the ride along the way in itself is what makes it all worth it.
now excuse me while i hop on a long gain train and show 2018 what’s good 😎💪🏼
it’s only the beginning; i shall be back 😈

Monslay! make today count!💪🏻🙏🏼 lots of changes coming up for me. change can be scary but sometimes it's the things we fear the most that we need to do the most. feeling grateful today for the opportunity to grow even if it means stepping outside of my comfort zone. have a great week!🤘🏻
