I get questions everyday about my height, weight, age, training, nutrition, am i cutting/bulking, my style of training, cardio etc. so i thought i would quickly list them below! 👌🏻 ask any more questions and i would love to answer them!
i'm 180cm , i fluctuate between 62-65 kg, 27 years old, i train 5-7 times a week for about 60 minutes, sometimes shorter sometimes longer and my current goal is to gain more strength and muscle. 💪🏻 i lift heavy weights and i prefer to keep it more functional instead of using machines. 💪🏽🏋🏻♀️ i started working out seriously about 5 years ago 💪🏽 my everyday diet is as healing and nutrient dense as i can make it. 🥗 greens with every meal, healthy fats, and high quality protein. i have my carbs around my workouts but overall i focus on having a higher f*t than carb. i love 80-90% dark chocolate, protein bars and red bull 🍫 i don't count calories but i have a good sense of what i'm eating and what i need more/less of everyday. this is what works for me and how i feel my best! 🦄 anything else you would like to know?👇🏻
