Today’s special #ozlunch is a pan roasted chicken b****t with a lemon, peach and edamame salsa on a bed of quinoa with onions, roasted garlic black and white beans and parsley. and if that wasn’t enough there is also a side of smashed cucumber salad with champagne vinegar and mustard seeds, and pickled onions rolled in marinated herring. all i can say is wow, thanks @foodgoddess1
